TÜRES, as the largest interest group in the catering industry, sees its main task as marketing Turkish cuisine in a targeted manner and ensuring a high standard of quality at all of its approximately 1,000 member companies with around 20,000 locations. This is ensured by the very high and constant quality controls.
The members include only the best traditional companies from the individual sectors, including restaurants, bakeries, coffee manufacturers, pasta producers, drinks manufacturers, poultry businesses, kitchen appliances, textiles, spices, fish specialities, etc.
